Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
This is a great dressing to keep on hand. It's made with simple ingredients from the pantry and fridge, it’s quick to make, full of terrific flavor, and works with just about anything!

- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup white balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 3 -4 tablespoons honey (adjust for sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons coarse Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Steps
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, 3 tablespoons of honey, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar and close with a lid. Shake to combine. Taste the dressing and adjust salt, pepper, or honey as desired.
The dressing may be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
