Ingredients

  • 4 cups plain milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps
