Homemade Caramel Syrup

- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Steps
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat add the heavy cream, butter, sugars, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil for one minute and reduce to medium heat.
Add baking soda and vanilla and whisk until incorporated and sugar is dissolved.
