Healthy Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
- 10 ounces cooked penne pasta
- 1 cup quartered red grapes
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons milk (more if needed)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Steps

Add the 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard , salt t, and ground black pepper to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.

Place 10 ounces cooked penne pasta in a large bowl. Add 2 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken 1 cup quartered red grapes ½ cup chopped pecans ¼ cup sliced green onion ½ cup diced celery and 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss to coat evenly.
