Ingredients

  • 1 recipe homemade dough or store-bought
  • 1 Tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Canadian bacon (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
  • Italian seasoning

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a lightly-floured surface, roll the dough into a large circle. Lightly sprinkle the cornmeal onto the bottom of your pizza pan and lay the dough on the pan.

  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Add the cheese, Canadian bacon, and pineapple.

  3. Sprinkle with italian seasoning and bake for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
