Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp
This is a totally delicious shrimp recipe to serve all summer long.

- wooden skewers
- 1 pound shrimp, (peeled and de-veined)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
- 1 medium lime, (juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- fresh lime wedges, (for serving)
- 1 medium avocado
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 medium lime, (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon dry Ranch dressing seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Steps
Let wooden skewers soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
In a large zip bag, mix the honey, oil, juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper together. Add the shrimp and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Drain the shrimp from the marinade and place the shrimp on skewers. Grill over high heat for 2 minutes per side or until opaque.
Place all dip ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Serve garnished with cilantro, fresh lime juice, and serve with Avocado Dip.
