Garlic Butter Cheesy Crescent Rolls - amazing crescent rolls loaded with Mozzarella cheese and topped with garlic butter, takes 20 mins!!!
Ingredients
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls (I used Pillsbury)
- 4 strings mozzarella cheese (cut into halves)
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves (chopped )
Steps

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the melted butter with the garlic and parsley, and stir to mix well.

Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles. Place a string cheese horizontally at the bottom of each triangle, fold in the sides, and roll up to form croissant-shaped rolls. Brush the tops with the garlic herb butter.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until they are lightly browned. Serve immediately.
