Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 large mango, (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 large kiwi, (peeled and diced)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 large lime, (juiced)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, gently toss the fruit together.

  2. In small saucepan, heat the honey and lime juice until the honey is melted (or just do this on a short burst in the microwave). Pour over the fruit and let stand about 5 minutes.

  3. Toss again when ready to serve.
