Fruit Salsa
Awesome summery salsa for chip dunking or serving as a healthy side dish.

Ingredients
8 servings
- 1 large mango, (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 large kiwi, (peeled and diced)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 large lime, (juiced)
Steps

In a medium bowl, gently toss the fruit together.

In small saucepan, heat the honey and lime juice until the honey is melted (or just do this on a short burst in the microwave). Pour over the fruit and let stand about 5 minutes.

Toss again when ready to serve.
