Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 3 ounces raspberry Jell-O

Steps

  1. Melt butter and mix with the graham cracker crumbs until combined.

  2. Press the mixture into a 9x9 pan and set aside.

  3. Place cream cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and pulse until combined.

  4. Pour mixture into a large bowl and set aside. Add cranberries to the food processor and pulse until they form small pieces.

  5. Combine cranberries with cream cheese mixture & jello in the bowl and mix until fully incorporated.

  6. Pour into the prepared pan and freeze until firm (about 1-2 hours).

  7. Once frozen remove from the freezer and cut into 16 squares.
