Ingredients

  • 1 lime (zested and juiced)
  • 1/3 cup cotija cheese (crumbled, about 3oz)

Steps

  1. Shuck the corn, removing the husks (or leaving them on if desired). Grill over high to medium-high, flipping as needed, until tender and charred, about 8-10 minutes.

  2. Mix the mayo and crema together with the lime juice and zest.
