Eggs 🥚 Marinated/Telur Bacem Mudah

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 8 -10 eggs 🥚
  • 1/2 cup of hot water
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 5 tbsp sriracha
  • 5 pods dry chilli 🌶️ (if you like spicy, if not you don’t need to use it)
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 stalks spring onions cut it thin
  • to taste salt 🧂

Steps

  1. Boil the water, then add the eggs and cook them for 6–8 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs. Once done, transfer them immediately into cold water to stop the cooking.
