- ½ English cucumber (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves (chopped or torn)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Steps

Place the watermelon cubes and cucumber slices in a large salad bowl.
