Ingredients

3 servings
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste

Steps

  1. Simply stir together the ingredients in a bowl or jar until they are evenly dispersed. Taste, and add more salt for more intense flavor (I usually add another pinch or so). You’re done!
