Easy to Make Tostadas

- vegetable oil
- 4 12 -inch corn tortillas
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
In a medium-sized skillet, add vegetable oil, filling the skillet ½-inch. Heat the oil to medium-high heat.
Poke holes in the 4 12-inch corn tortillas using a fork. Add the tortillas to the hot oil and fry until golden brown 1-2 minutes. remove and set aside.
In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the 1 pound lean ground beef. Drain the grease. Add in the 1 tablespoon taco seasoning and stir to combine.
Heat the 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans over the stove or in the microwave until warm. Spread a thin layer of beans on the fried tortillas, followed by the ground beef and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Top with desired toppings and serve.
