Easy Pumpkin Bars
These easy pumpkin bars are a yummy crowd pleaser with a cream cheese frosting and a moist cake.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ⅓ cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup butter ((unsalted) softened)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar (or as needed )
Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spice, and salt in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir just until combined.
Pour into an ungreased 10x15" baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely and frost with cream cheese frosting or top each serving with whipped cream.
Beat butter and cream cheese with a mixer 2 to 3 minutes until creamy.
Add vanilla and 3 cups powdered sugar beating until fluffy. Continue adding powdered sugar to get desired consistency.
