Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, (softened)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 -2 large pinches salt, (optional if using salted butter)

Steps

  1. Add 1 cup butter, to a large bowl and whip with a hand mixer until pale and fluffy, and no chunks remain.

  2. Add ⅓ cup honey, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1-2 large pinches salt,. Mix until thoroughly combined, scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Taste and add another pinch of salt, if desired.

  3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
