Ingredients

12 servings
  • 16.5 ounces sugar cookie dough (1 roll)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces mandarin oranges (well drained)
  • 1 mango (chopped)
  • 1 kiwi (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes ( halved)
  • ½ cup strawberry jelly (or apple jelly, optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12" pizza pan with parchment paper.

  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. Bake 14-17 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla in a small bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.

  4. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese layer starting from the outside and working inward. Start with the sliced strawberries and continue in order with the canned mandarin oranges, mango, kiwi, blueberries and grapes.

  5. Heat jelly in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until slightly. Brush over the fruit if desired.

  6. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
