Easy Fresh Fruit Salad
This simple fruit salad is tossed in a homemade cinnamon vanilla simple syrup and served fresh!

Ingredients
8 servings
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges (1 can)
- 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
- 2 kiwis (chopped)
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Steps

Bring water, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon sticks to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved . Remove from the heat and cool completely.

Add all fruit to the bowl.

Remove cinnamon sticks from the vanilla syrup and pour some of it over the fruit, you may not need all of it.

Toss very gently to stir and serve immediately.
