Doubanjiang Substitute
This isn't close to the real thing, but in a pinch, it works great!

- 1 tbsp red miso
- 1 tbsp chili flakes (chinese preferred)
Steps
Optionally chop up your chili flakes, then mix together with red miso until a paste is formed.
