Ingredients

6 servings
  • 9 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup finely diced white onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ⅓ cups diced ham
  • ½ cup finely diced green bell pepper (or red bell pepper)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook onion in butter over medium heat until softened. Cool.

  3. Whisk eggs and cream. Stir in remaining ingredients.
