Ingredients

- 9 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup finely diced white onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ⅓ cups diced ham
- ½ cup finely diced green bell pepper (or red bell pepper)
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook onion in butter over medium heat until softened. Cool.

Whisk eggs and cream. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a greased 9x9" casserole dish.
