Ingredients

- 2 avocados (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from ½ lemon)
- 1 English cucumber (washed and diced)
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps
