Crock Pot Corn on the Cob

- 6 to 8 ears corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or as needed)
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- butter (for serving)
Steps
Husk all of the ears of corn and lightly brush with olive oil. If desired, break the cobs in half. Season with salt & pepper.
Add ⅔ cup water to the bottom of the slow cooker. Add in corn and cover.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Once corn is bright yellow and hot, add butter to taste and toss to coat.
