Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil/cooking spray
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • freshly grated parmesan (as desired)

Steps

  1. Scrub the potatoes clean and cut into wedges.

  2. Toss the potatoes with oil or cooking spray, salt, and ground pepper, then place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.

  3. Turn the air fryer on at 400°F for 10 minutes. Shake and flip the potatoes, then set it again for 10 minutes at 400°F. At this point the potatoes should be crisp and tender. Remove from the basket, toss with thyme and parmesan, if using, and enjoy!
