Creamy Dill Potato Salad

- 3 pounds red potatoes (or yellow potatoes)
- 1 ½ cups diced celery
- 2 g reen onions (thinly sliced)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Steps
Boil the potatoes until tender (approx. 15-20 minutes). Cool and cut into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the potatoes.
Combine cooled potatoes with dill mixture and refrigerate at least one hour.
