  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until a smooth consistency.

  2. Beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth.

  3. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla until mixture is well blended. Cover and refrigerate truffle mix 1 hour.
