- 1 slice sourdough bread
- ⅓ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp chilli crisp oil (to taste)
- 1 tsp hot honey (to taste)
Steps

Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the sourdough bread slice.

Place the toast in the air fryer at 200°C (392 °F) for 8 minutes, or until the cottage cheese is lightly golden on top.

Remove from the air fryer.

Drizzle with chilli crisp oil, followed by hot honey.
