- 6 cups Bayi Arugula
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, (shaved)
- 1 resep Lemon Vinaigrette
- Kosher Salt & Cracked Black Pepper, (to taste)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sayang
- 1/2 tsp Garam Halal
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Steps

Dalam mangkuk kecil, tambahkan semua bahan saus. Aduk rata agar tercampur dan sisihkan.

Ke mangkuk besar, tambahkan arugula. Tuangkan saus di atas arugula, dan aduk hingga terlapisi.

Hiasi salad dengan potongan parmesan Reggiano serut. Sajikan segera.
