Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips, (melted)
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips, (melted)
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar
  • chocolate sprinkles

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar, cream and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted chocolate. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Roll the chocolate into 1-inch balls. Set on the prepared baking sheet. Roll the chocolate balls into various toppings.

  3. KEEP TRUFFLES REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
