- 500 g r paha boneless, potong dadu
- 2 sdm air jeruk lemon
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt kaldu
- 1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk
- 1 1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
- 1/2 sdt cabe bubuk / paprika bubuk
- 5 sdm mayonaise
- 3 sdm saus sambal
- 3 sdm madu
Steps
Marinasi ayam dg air jeruk lemon, garam, kaldu, lada, cabe/paprika dan bawang putih. diamkan 30 mnt
Campur jd 2 semua bahan oles
Panggang ayam hg matang sambil diberi bahan olesan bolak balik
