Ingredients

  • 4 ounces baby arugula
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces ciliegine (or bocconcini (Mozzarella balls))
  • Drizzle good-quality extra virgin olive oil (it’s OK to eye ball this)
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze (eyeball this too)
  • Flaky salt (such as Maldon or fleur de sel)

Steps

  1. Place a small bowl in the center of a large platter (this is a place holder for the center of the wreath). Arrange the arugula around it in a wreath shape.

  2. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and boccacini around the wreath like cute decorations.

  3. Drizzle with the oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Remove the bowl to complete the wreath shape. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
