Caprese Salad Wreath
This festive Caprese salad wreath takes just minutes to put together and is a gorgeous addition to any holiday party! Serve it as an appetizer or side.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces baby arugula
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces ciliegine (or bocconcini (Mozzarella balls))
- Drizzle good-quality extra virgin olive oil (it’s OK to eye ball this)
- Drizzle balsamic glaze (eyeball this too)
- Flaky salt (such as Maldon or fleur de sel)
Steps

Place a small bowl in the center of a large platter (this is a place holder for the center of the wreath). Arrange the arugula around it in a wreath shape.

Scatter the cherry tomatoes and boccacini around the wreath like cute decorations.

Drizzle with the oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Remove the bowl to complete the wreath shape. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
