Cabbage and Sausage Foil Packets

• 1 pound smoked sausage (cut into 1-inch pieces, I use Polish sausage)
• ½ head green cabbage (cut into ½-inch wedges)
• 20 small red potatoes (or yellow quartered)
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• garlic butter (store bought or homemade)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 ice cubes
