Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500g) perut babi (atau bahu babi, iris tipis)
  • 1/2 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 - 3 stalks scallion (roots removed, cut into 2 inch (5 cm) lengths)
  • 1 tablespoon minyak
  • 3 tablespoons Korean red chili pepper paste* (gochujang)
  • 1 tablespoon Korean red chili pepper flakes (gochugaru)
  • 2 tablespoons kecap
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine (or mirin)
  • 2 tablespoons gula
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced )
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated )
  • 1/8 teaspoon lada hitam

Steps

  1. Campur semua bahan Bumbu Bulgogi hingga rata.

  2. Potong perut babi menjadi potongan-potongan kecil, dengan panjang sekitar 2 inci (5 cm).

  3. Campurkan daging, bawang bombay, dan daun bawang dengan bumbu marinasi lalu aduk rata. Rendam setidaknya selama satu jam, atau sebaiknya semalaman.
