Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 lb (500g) shrimp (shelled and deveined, thawed and pat dry with paper towels)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped )
  • lemon wedges

Steps

  1. Set the oven to the Broil setting. Thaw the frozen shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels. Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish and season with salt and ground black pepper.

  2. Add the minced garlic and butter to the shrimp, and stir to combine well.

  3. Broil the shrimp for about 8 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
