Broccolini with Garlic Butter
Healthy broccolini cooked in a pan. This easy sautéed broccolini recipe with garlic butter takes only 10 mins to make and perfect for weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) broccolini
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 squirt lemon juice
Steps

Trim the bottom part of the broccolini stems by about 1/2 inch (1 cm).

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Sauté the garlic until it turns light brown, then add the broccolini. Toss with a spatula to combine well with the garlic.

Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, along with a few squirts of lemon juice. Once the stems of the broccolini become tender, remove from heat and serve immediately.
