  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (for even more lemon flavor, add the zest also)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus additional for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil (plus additional for serving)
