  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets ((about 2 medium heads))
  • 1/2 cup wortel parut
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 large apples (finely chopped (I used gala apples))
  • 1/2 cup pecans (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry kering
  • 1/2 cup sedikit mayones
  • 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons air jeruk
  • 1 Tablespoon gula
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam
  • 1/8 teaspoon merica

Steps

  1. Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan brokoli, wortel, bawang merah, apel, pecan, dan cranberry kering.

  2. Kocok mayones, yogurt Yunani, jus lemon, gula, garam dan merica.

  3. Tambahkan saus ke salad dan aduk hingga terlapisi. Dinginkan hingga siap disajikan.
