Boiled Potatoes with Parsley

Ingredients
- water (for boiling)
- 1 tablespoon salt (for boiling)
- 1 lb (500g) baby potatoes (red and yellow)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
Steps

Fill a stockpot halfway with water and salt. Bring it to a rolling boil. In the meantime, clean, scrub, and rinse the baby potatoes.

Boil the baby potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse them under cold water. Slice the potatoes into wedges and combine them with the melted butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Stir gently to mix well. Serve the boiled potatoes immediately.
