Blackberry Champagne Mule

Ingredients
1 servings
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 8 leaves fresh mint, plus more for topping
- juice from half of a lime
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces ginger beer (chilled)
- champagne, chilled, for topping
Steps

1. In a cocktail shaker or glass jar, muddle the blackberries, mint, and lime juice, squashing everything to release the juices. Add the vodka. Fill with ice and shake until combined.2. Strain into a champagne or wine glass with ice. Add the ginger beer and top with the champagne. Garnish with mint. Drink and enjoy!
