Baked Corn on the Cob

- 4 corn on the cob (husked)
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brush corn with melted butter. Place in a 2qt baking dish.
Add water and cover with foil.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Toss corn with butter, salt & pepper.
