- 1 romaine heart (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup snap peas (sliced)
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 2 g reen onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (chopped)
- ⅓ cup sesame ginger dressing (store bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ cup chopped almonds (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Steps
Wash, prep and chop all vegetables
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast almonds for 3-5 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
Combine all ingredients together and toss with dressing.
Top with toasted almonds, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
