Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 (8-ounce) container light sour cream
- 5 -6 artichoke hearts (diced)
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, (not oil-packed)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- ⅔ cup grated Asiago Cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, green onions, and asiago cheese. Stir to combine.

Pour the dip mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until warmed through and bubbly.
