Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup cinnamon whiskey; you can also use brandy
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 sweet-crisp apples (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji, diced)
  • 2 pears (such as Bartlett, diced)
  • 1 small orange (thinly sliced and each sliced halved into half moons)
  • Club soda (optional for serving)
  • Ice

Steps

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, cider, whiskey, cinnamon sticks, apples, pears, and orange slices. Stir very thoroughly to combine.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, or up to 48 hours.

  3. Serve over ice with a splash of club soda as desired. Garnish each glass with some of the fruit from the pitcher.
