An Easy Oven Baked Crispy Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe
Super easy hands off oven baked honey garlic pork ribs: crispy, sweet, savory, and super addictive.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs spare ribs (cut into sections)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 6 -8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper to taste
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Steps
-
Heat the oven to 450°F.
-
Cut the spare ribs into individual ribs. Season with salt and pepper and put everything in a ziplock bag with the cornstarch and shake to coat. Alternatively, toss everything in a big bowl, coating evenly.
-
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with oil. Arrange the pork ribs on the sheet and bake for 40 minutes, flipping the ribs halfway through.
-
When there’s about five minutes left on the ribs, Heat up a touch of oil over medium heat in a large nonstick pan (big enough to hold the ribs). Add the garlic and cook, until soft but not brown. Add the honey, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons water. Bring to a gentle simmer.
-
When the ribs are done and the sauce is bubbling, add the ribs to the pan and toss to coat. Enjoy hot!
