Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms
These savory mushrooms are stuffed with a seasoned cheese mixture, then air fried until golden brown!

- 16 medium mushrooms
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon (about 3 slices)
- ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 g reen onion (thinly sliced)
Steps
Quickly rinse and dry mushrooms.
Remove the stem from the mushroom caps (and scoop out the center using a small spoon if desired).
Beat softened cream cheese with a mixer on medium until smooth and fluffy.
Add bacon, 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, seasonings, and green onion.
Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add mushrooms, reduce heat to 350°F. Cook mushrooms 6 minutes.
Open the air fryer and top mushrooms with remaining cheddar. Cook 2 minutes longer.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
