Air Fryer Radishes
If you’ve never tried cooked radishes, these air fryer radishes will surprise you! They’re tender, slightly sweet, and crispy—an easy, low-carb swap for roasted potatoes.

- 16 oz radishes (ends trimmed and halved)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (plus more for serving)
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 large garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Steps
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, open the air fryer, stir the radishes, and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a little more salt, if desired and serve.
