Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe
The easiest recipe for Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts, ready in less than 30 minutes. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp fine sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Steps

Trim the Brussels Sprouts and remove any discolored leaves. Slice the Brussels Sprout in half lengthwise from stem to end and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle oil and seasoning over the Brussels Sprouts and toss to combine.

Transfer brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket and Air Fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or to your desired doneness and crispiness. Remove the basket and shake halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
