Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Air Fryer Potatoes are so easy to make. Serve with sour cream, bacon, and chives for the perfect side dish!

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt (to taste)
Steps
Scrub potatoes with water and dab dry. Poke each potato with a fork several times.
Generously rub with oil and season with salt.
Place potatoes in the air fryer at 390°F (no need to preheat).
Cook 25 minutes, turn potatoes over and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Serve with desired toppings.
