Acai Berry Bowl
A tropical vacation you can enjoy any day of the week as a breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert!

Ingredients
1 servings
- 3.5 ounces (100 gram) packet frozen acai puree*
- 1 cup frozen assorted berries ((strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry))
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, (or milk substitute of choice)
- fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, banana)
- granola
- honey
Steps

Add acai, frozen berries, and almond milk into a blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Mixture will be much thicker than a standard smoothie. It will have the consistency of frozen yogurt.

Transfer acai mixture into serving bowl. Top with your choice of fruit, granola, and/or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy immediately.
