Ingredients

1 servings
  • 3.5 ounces (100 gram) packet frozen acai puree*
  • 1 cup frozen assorted berries ((strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry))
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, (or milk substitute of choice)
  • fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, banana)
  • granola
  • honey

Steps

  1. Add acai, frozen berries, and almond milk into a blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Mixture will be much thicker than a standard smoothie. It will have the consistency of frozen yogurt.

  2. Transfer acai mixture into serving bowl. Top with your choice of fruit, granola, and/or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy immediately.
