Witches Broom Sticks

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened)
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 10 inches pretzel rods (about 8 1/2 long, cut crosswise in half)
• 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• Butterscotch or Peanut Butter chips (melted)
