  • 2 scant cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 4 Tbsp non-dairy, unsalted butter ((I use Earth Balance // or sub coconut oil))
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño ((seeds removed // finely diced))
